Re[d]- Space was the spatial concept set in the city of Plymouth (UK) which was captured by film and photograph. Large red spheres were freed and allowed to run through the streets of Plymouth, contrasting with the architectural environment. This contrast between the static constructed cityscape and the dynamic flying spheres was the main aim of the concept. Visualising the environment in this way by highlighting such a stark contrast will challenge the way we perceive our environment and therefore allow us to reconfigure our perceptions of the space we are inhabiting.
